Refund policy
At Zayni Style we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item or exchange it for a different size, you can do so under the conditions below. This policy applies to orders delivered in the United Kingdom.
1. Your right to cancel and return
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To cancel, simply tell us within that period by emailing zaynistyle46@gmail.com. You then have a further 14 days from the day you tell us to send the items back.
2. Condition of items
Please return items:
- Unworn and in perfect condition.
- Without stains, odours, damage or signs of use.
- Where applicable, with their labels and original packaging.
- Suitably protected to avoid damage in transit.
You may handle items as you would in a shop to check their nature, characteristics and fit. If an item has been handled or used beyond that and its value has been reduced as a result, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the loss in value, as permitted by law.
3. Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Zayni Style or the item received is faulty or does not match your order.
Standard delivery on all orders is free, so there are no original delivery charges to refund.
4. Size exchanges
At Zayni Style we accept size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must meet the conditions above. Shipping costs for a size exchange are paid by the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error by Zayni Style.
If the size you need is not available, you can return the item for a refund under this policy.
5. How to request a return or exchange
To request a return or a size exchange, please contact Zayni Style at zaynistyle46@gmail.com within the period above, giving:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The item you wish to return or exchange.
- The reason for the return, if you wish to give one.
- For exchanges, the size you would like to receive.
We will then email you the return address and the steps for sending the item back.
Please contact us before sending any item back, so that we can process your return quickly.
6. Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent it back).
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method. All refunds are made in pounds sterling (GBP £).
7. Faulty items or order errors
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact Zayni Style as soon as possible.
In these cases, Zayni Style will cover the cost of the return and, where applicable, the replacement. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to this policy.
8. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Where those rights give you more protection than this policy, they take precedence.
