About our shop
Zayni Style is an online women's fashion shop based in Spain. Through our website, customers in the United Kingdom can browse and buy the clothing and fashion products in our catalogue. We sell and deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Products and prices
Products are shown with their features and price. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP £). The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay for the products and shipping. Zayni Style may change prices or the products available at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Orders and payment
To place an order, select your products, enter the required details and confirm your purchase. Payment is made by credit or debit card through the secure payment system on our website. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout, within the United Kingdom only. Shipping is free and tracked. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery takes 7-11 business days from the date of your order. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Cancellations and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send the products back. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned products. To request a return, please email zaynistyle46@gmail.com with your order number and follow the instructions we give you. Faulty products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or different from the one you ordered, please contact Zayni Style as soon as possible at zaynistyle46@gmail.com, giving your order number and, where necessary, photographs. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

Governing law
Use of the shop and purchases made through it are governed by Spanish law. This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights that customers in the United Kingdom have under UK law, which always apply.
